My husband and I spent thousands of dollars at the Richmond location, only for them to not follow up and tell us they had to reschedule our delivery causing us to miss days from work. This is a multimillion dollar company that will not compensate customers when they fail to deliver the day they promised.

The service is subpar to say the least. The corporate manager refused to speak to the customer knowing that they failed service! Please do not buy here. The only thing this company cares about is taking your money and that’s it.

There is no accountability whatsoever. I will never in my life spend a dime here!!
