I ordered $11,700.00 worth of merchandise form the Humble Texas store. That day the salesman was so nice and even asked for a huge because the store had not sold anything that day.

That was the end of the "great service". The first set of delivery guys were horrible!! One could not speak any English and the other spoke broken English but could not understand English will at all. I wanted to look at my furniture and the guy Karim, Karon or something like that was so rude.

I sent the headboard back, never saw my chest because the guys didn't want to take it off the truck after I sent the headboard back. They put my adjustable bed up incorrectly, did not leave bring in the rails. I called the store and spoke to Miranda and gave her a delivery date late on a Saturday and told her about my bed. I had to call back at 10 am on Sunday to change the delivery day to the from Thurs to Wed and spoke to Eric, he did not communicate the info to Miranda or the warehouse.

The second delivery guys were much better but could not put my head and foot-board together because they had no rails.

They came around 10am and it's 6:40pm and I had to call again and was told the rails will be here by 9pm. No matter how much a customer spends service should be much better.

Reason of review: Problem with delivery.
