Ordered couch in July 2017, finally received the correct couch (after they sent the wrong one twice) the last week of October.We also ordered accent pillows, that we still have not received (it's November).

We often get told that we will get called back, but they only follow through 50% of the time.

The couch was more affordable compared to other retailers, but after almost 4 months of back and forth I wish we had purchased elsewhere and paid more.I'll never shop there again.
