Exclusive Furniture - Worst Furniture Store Ever

Horrible Customer Service! Was sold *** fake leather that the salesman said was way better quality than real leather. Started peeeling and when i tried to use the warranty they said the problem wasnt covered.

The Humble manager was a ***. The customer service department is terrible. Nobody would give me the district manager's phone number or email address. They said they would send him an email and he would call. I had 6 di fferent ef folks tell me they would call. To date none has called back
